Microsoft Dynamics people, placed properly
Redis Technologies recruits technology professionals, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics: functional consultants, developers, architects, analysts, administrators and delivery leads.
Hiring for a Dynamics program is not the same as hiring for a general IT role. The pool is small, the terminology is specific, and a bad hire is expensive in a way that is hard to see until month four.
We are a staffing company, not an implementation partner. Clients come to us when they need a Dynamics person in the team: a functional consultant who knows the finance modules, a technical consultant who can work inside an existing extension model, or an architect who can stop a project drifting.
We also work with organizations that do not have a Dynamics function yet and need the first two or three people who will build it.
Who we recruit
F&O technical and functional consultants are the two we are asked for most. We also place the rest of the Dynamics stack, so ask about the role you need.
D365 F&O technical consultant
X++, extensions, integrations and environment work. The person who builds against the standard application without breaking supportability, and can take a change from specification through to a deployment in the right environment.
D365 F&O functional consultant
Finance and supply chain modules: general ledger, procurement, inventory, project accounting. Runs workshops, configures the system to the agreed process, and supports users through testing and go-live.
Other Dynamics roles we place
- Solution architectsDesign authority for module fit, integrations and data. Can defend a design to IT and to finance.
- Business analystsRequirements, process mapping and gap analysis, working between the operation and the implementation team.
- AdministratorsUsers, security roles, environments and release management. The unglamorous work that keeps a Dynamics platform stable.
- Project managersDelivery leads who have run Dynamics programmes and can hold a plan, a budget and a steering group together.
- Business Central, Customer Engagement and Power Platform specialistsThe same disciplines against Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Power Platform work.
Where our Dynamics focus sits
These are the product areas we recruit for. If your requirement sits outside them, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
-
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
ERP roles across general ledger, procurement, inventory, manufacturing and project accounting, functional and technical.
-
Dynamics 365 Business Central
Mid-market ERP consultants, developers and administrators, including migrations from older Dynamics NAV and GP estates.
-
Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service & Field Service
CRM and service delivery roles, including field service scheduling and the integrations that make them useful.
-
Power Platform & integrations
Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse work, plus the connectors and middleware that tie Dynamics to everything else.
How engagements are structured
The arrangement should follow the work. A fixed implementation phase, an uncertain budget and a permanent role all point at different structures.
Tell us the arrangement you have in mind and we will confirm whether we can support it.

How we work a brief
-
Brief
What the role has to do, which Dynamics products are involved, the team it joins, and the constraints: budget, start date, location.
-
Search and shortlist
We come back with people who match the brief, with a clear note on where each one differs from it. We do not pad the list.
-
Interview and reference
You interview. We coordinate scheduling, gather references and handle the practical questions on both sides.
-
Placement and follow-up
Start date confirmed, paperwork handled, and a check-in once the person is in the role, not on the day they sign.
Request talent
Tell us the role and the constraints. We will reply by email, usually within one business day, with a view on whether we can help.
What helps us answer quickly
- Which Dynamics products and modules the role touches
- Whether it is a new role or a replacement
- The start date you are working to
- Any hard constraint: location, clearance, budget
